Vandkunsten Italian Sandwiches Copenhagen
Our sandwiches are based on a homemade concept. The inspiration is found in Italian cuisine rich in vegetables and delicious bread. The focus is on using raw materials or combinations of raw materials that differ from the traditional sandwich bars. It helps to make the concept different, exciting and tasteful. We are convinced that unique sandwiches are created only by focusing on each and every ingredient. For this reason, we have the clear vision of preparing everything from scratch. We therefore prepare our own dressings as well as roast and marinate the meat ourselves with our own recipes.
The Water Art Sandwich has been around since 1991. The store was established by 2 sharp and passionate chefs who, before opening the Water Art Sandwich, had worked in several different well-known restaurants in Copenhagen. The experience of the chef industry they used to create some very unique sandwiches from their own recipes. Now, over 20 years later, we still insist on putting together ingredients according to our own recipes so that we can give the customer a truly unique taste experience.
