Bao is usually a small Chinese steamed bowl served with fillings of fish, meat and vegetables. It is said that the face behind the Asian restaurant, Henrik Yde, and his team have spent two years developing the right bao for Kiin Kiin Bao Bao. It is available with, among other things, braised pig, peanuts and hoisin sauce, crispy chicken with chili mayo and spring onions or fried shrimps and wasabi.
